While we strive to expedite every order possible, we have to have a shipping policy in place in case of unforeseen circumstances.

• Lalafied is not responsible for any shipping costs on returns.
• Lalafied is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
• To ensure the safety of your package, always opt for shipping insurance.
Delivery Times
Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.
Shipping Locations
Lalafied ships to the USA, Canada, France, Italy, and Germany.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are not available.
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the hair is in its original, unopened packaging with all tags and bindings intact.
• Tampered hair cannot be returned or refunded.
• Lalafied does not refund or replace hair discolored due to sunscreen or water activities. Stylists must educate their clients on proper hair care using Lalafied techniques.
• The cost of the return shipping label is your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund.
Return Processing

Once your return has arrived, we will inspect the hair and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to show on your account.
